Shipping and Returns


SHIPPING:

Team Gear sells only authentic and genuine branded gear.

Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. Orders are usually despatched within 5-10 working days, some items can take a little longer due to insterate warehouse locations and delivery times. If an item is needed for a specific date, please check with us first. To be on the safe side it is best to order at least 10 working days before an item is needed. Feel free to contact us with any concerns.

Certain items may not be immediately available in stock and could take 10 working days to process and ship.

Please Note:

- We might not be able to send certain items to certain locations ( remote areas, etc. ). In case we can't ship your order we will contact you and your order will be cancelled.
- Buyers living in remote areas such as farms, islands, mining camps, small towns, or out-of-towners, etc may need to collect from their nearest freight depot as we can't guarantee door to door delivery in each case.
- If an order can't be delivered by the courier due to an address issue and is returned to us, we will require an additional payment for reshipping the item(s)
- All deliveries are made during weekdays only, during normal business hours (9am to 5pm). Orders can't be delivered on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
- We use StarTrack, Toll, Couriers Please and Australia Post for shipping items, depending on your location and the item being shipped, at our discretion.
- NOTE: All Australian Courier charges allow for Only 1 Attempted Delivery per order! All orders will be shipped as ATL (Authority to Leave) at the premises. Please supply an address where someone can sign for the parcel.

- Depending on stock availability, most orders leave our warehouse within 5 working days of receiving the order. We do ask that you allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

- If there is a stock availability issue on certain products in your order, you will be contacted as to the status of your purchase. If there is a stock availability issue we will contact you and either offer an exchange item or refund.

Please check product descriptions for any notes on specific delivery times for certain items.

WARRANTY:

All items purchased through Team Gear come with a full warranty. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact us. Under Australian Consumer law, all customers have specific rights ( details available at  http://www.accc.gov.au ) and Team Gear will act in accordance with these.

Our warranty applies to any items that have a manufacturing fault with them. In these cases, Team Gear will replace or refund the product ( at our discretion, depending on the situation ) at no expense to the customer, including all related shipping charges. Please note that in these situations we will require proof of purchase. As is standard practice for online selling, we reserve the right to inspect and assess the returned defective product first to determine the warranty required.

Please do not return any product back to us before contacting us and obtaining a Return Authorisation number.

Situations NOT covered by the warranty:

- Unauthorised repairs done prior to contacting us will void the guarantee.

- Faults caused by misuse or normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

 

RETURNS:

- If you have purchased a wrong item or changed your mind, you will be able to return it back to us for a refund or exchange within 30 Days of the purchase date. In this case, the buyer is responsible for all associated shipping charges.

- All items returned must be in sellable condition ( unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with all additional material present ). If an item is deemed unsellable, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs of returning the item back to them.

- Certain items might not be applicable for returns. Before making a return, please contact us to verify if it is possible.

- A restocking fee might apply for certain items.

 

REFUNDS:

- All refunds will be done in the same way the payment was made ( PayPal or Credit Card ) and can take 5-10 working days.
